Presentation Summary: Broadband internet is the electricity of the 21st century. It brings growth, prosperity and better quality of life wherever it goes. Yet, according to US Census Bureau estimates, almost half of Native Americans living on tribal lands are still deprived of this utility so essential for prosperity. The extended pandemic has exposed the digital divide like never before and underscored the importance of high-speed internet, whether it is for remote learning, tele-health, or community engagement in compliance with health and safety guidelines. The good news is that Teltech and Nokia have a cost-effective solution available now to bridge the digital divide for tribes. In this webinar, we will share how tribes can benefit from this dedicated internet solution that uses best-in-class broadband wireless technology and funds from the federal government.

Event Details

Presentation Summary: Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, tribal nations have had to adapt to a whole new way of managing day-to-day operations. As staff transition away from offices to remote-home locations, legacy paper-based document management and manual routing processes must evolve to allow remote staff access to critical information, create and share new content, engage in business process reviews and approvals, and improve visibility to metrics and productivity.

While these expectations existed prior to the pandemic, the impact of COVID-19 has exposed outdated document and process management operations in many organizations – and created new expectations for day-forward staff, member, and customer engagement and digital services.

Through our extensive experience with tribal nations, we understand that a scalable, enterprise solution that can address multiple tribal government and business needs is a must-have. That’s why tribal nations turned to Naviant’s OnBase Platform.

“OnBase is pervasive to our organization; it has changed how we do business.”
– Oneida Nation

“The high-level benefit that our organization has achieved by using OnBase has to be a single platform for our organization. It streamlined and created efficiencies and transparencies for communication across all facets of the organization.”
– Forest County Potawatomi

What OnBase Can Do for You
