This 6-month lean certification program starts with a 90-minute kickoff and then continues with 60-minute skill-based trainings every 2 weeks. Leaders learn the language of leadership: coaching. Best of all, this investment is not only in your leaders, but the program is designed for participants to practice with their teams in between sessions, contributing to the entire organization.

Program Includes:

  1. Support in inviting leaders to participate that includes communications planning and talk tracks for HR and organizational leaders.
  2. Co-facilitation of a live-virtual pre-program kickoff meeting to ignite program enthusiasm.
  3. Digital fillable course workbook (workbooks can be produced physically and shipped for an additional fee).
  4. 6 Months of impactful coach skill trainings that all have practice challenges in between sessions, encouraging leaders to practice coaching skills with individuals and teams. The program culminates in a coaching practicum where each leader selects a team member to develop for (4) 30-minute sessions.  
    1. Session 1: Foundations of Coaching (90 minutes) virtual (2.5 hours on-site for an additional fee).
    2. The remaining sessions are live-virtual on the platform of your choice for 60 minutes every two weeks:
      1. Session 2: Active Listening
      2. Session 3: Powerful Questions
      3. Session 4: Coaching and Goal Setting
      4. Session 5: Self-Management for Leaders
      5. Session 6: Situational Coaching
      6. Session 7: Peer & Team Coaching
      7. Session 8: Coaching & Conflict
      8. Session 9: Practicum Kickoff
      9. Session 10: Practicum Part 2
      10. Session 11: Practicum Part 3
      11. Session 12: Program Completion & Coaching Goals to Practice
  5. Customization of program to include tribe’s values.
  6. Schedule of sessions created according to your needs. 
  7. Recording of all sessions for people who miss a session (access to the P&PG LMS!).
  8. Email support for all participants.
  9. Certificates for each participant upon completion of requirements. 
  10. Organizational resources to support ongoing coaching skill development.
