Michael Day is the Founder and Executive Officer of TribalHub, which includes TribalNet, TribalFocus, TribalWise and TribalValue.

Prior to his current position, Michael was the CIO and Director of Consulting Services for Cannery Casino Resorts, which grew from two to four gaming and hotel properties in Nevada and Pennsylvania during his tenure. Cannery also offered and delivered consulting services to tribal casinos.

Day gained his first professional experience while working for the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians where he was an instrumental member of the management team that guided the organization’s phenomenal growth from approximately 100 employees at his start date in 1989 to more than 4000 employees before his departure in 2006.

As the Director of Information Technology for the Sault Tribe, Day was responsible for all of the technology infrastructure and design for the opening of five Kewadin Casino and Hotel properties and the Greektown Casino in Detroit, MI. Mike was a key executive involved in the opening of many additions to all of the Kewadin properties as well as over 25 other large Sault Tribe properties including Health Centers, a sports and fitness arena, gas stations, manufacturing businesses and large office complexes.

Throughout his career, Mike has maintained a passion for driving growth, opportunity and success. He is the founder of several successful businesses and organizations including TribalNet and NorthernWay. He was the driving force behind the creation of both the Native American Technology Research Center (NATRC) and the Gaming and Hospitality Research Center (GHRC).

As a member of multiple industry advisory boards, a frequent speaker at Gaming and Tribal events and a regular contributor to industry magazines, his vision and accomplishments have been recognized by many industry publications. In 2016 Day was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award from his industry peers and Gaming and Leisure Magazine.

Mike received his Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems Management and Business Administration from Lake Superior State University in 1989.

Tom Lettero offers two decades of extraordinary success that includes consulting for tribal organizations and a series of high level roles at top tier companies that include Cannery Casino Resorts LLC, Caesars Palace, Mirage Resorts, Aladdin Gaming LLC, Stratosphere Corporation, Palace Casinos Inc, and MGM Grand Hotel, Casino, and Theme Park.

Tom’s invaluable expertise and broad business range have powered a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction. Such traits have consistently enabled Tom to achieve an impressive command of the skills needed to manage ongoing business planning processes while developing strategies to meet future challenges.

In prior leadership positions including President and Chief Financial Officer, Tom has fulfilled a critical role leading all facets of operations, treasury, and accounting with additional responsibility for investor relations and project finance. Mr. Lettero has dedicated himself and his vision as a leader who engages in projects with an “All-In” attitude.

With a forte for successfully building strong teams and holding a key role leading all facets of finance and strategy, Mr. Lettero has sparked substantial corporate growth and expansion through the completion of multiple rounds of financing and successfully navigated the acquisition and sale of several gaming properties.

Tom holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting, Emphasis in Management from University Of Nevada as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Sean Sullivan brings nearly four decades of gaming and resort experience to TribalFocus.

Sullivan has forged an elite reputation as a senior manager for several of the industry's most successful gaming, hospitality and entertainment companies.

Beginning his accomplished career in 1980 as a market analyst for Summa Corporation at the Historic Harold’s Club Casino in Reno, NV and continuing his career as Vice President and/or General Manager for over 30-years in prominent management positions at the Sands Casino & Hotel, Harvey's Lake Tahoe, MGM Grand, Binion's Horseshoe, Riviera Corp., Grand Casinos, Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa and the Meadows Racetrack & Casino in Pennsylvania.

Sullivan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
