Event Details

Presentation Summary: Telehealth has already served a vital role with rural native communities. Now, during the COVID-19 pandemic, telehealth has become a necessity in delivering essential healthcare to native populations nationwide, using a safe, patient-centered approach. During this session, CTG will share a framework for adding telehealth to practices’ technology and workflows; we’ll discuss critical considerations for implementing telehealth efficiently, and review key measurements to determine if your implementation is performing as intended.  We’ll share examples of how other organizations have leveraged telehealth for purposes ranging from routine primary care to the monitoring of their most at-risk patient populations.
