Presentation Summary: Tribally-owned businesses often are highly complex in structure, with operations in several industries, including entertainment, hospitality and contracting government. Similar to other public sector entities, these organizations are highly connected and diversified making it difficult to protect their infrastructure and more importantly their supply chain. According to our threat research, nearly 90% of organizations experienced email fraud attacks last year with scams targeting their supply chains causing the most loss. Unfortunately, most organizations don’t have visibility into their overall supply chain risk. So how can you better protect yourself?
Join us to learn more about:
1. Real-world supply chain fraud examples
2. How to detect supply chain fraud threats targeting you
3. How to mitigate risk posed by impersonated and compromised suppliers

Presentation Summary: This conversation will share insights around sustainability approaches and shifting expectations and priorities from the industry. Is your technology 100% carbon neutral? Can it be? Should it be? The expectation for intentional sustainability while ensuring peak security and assured continuity of operations and systems are rapidly replacing “business as usual” conversations not only for Tribal organizations’ own leadership and operations as environmental champions and stewards, but also are becoming an increasing expectation of public sector agencies and clients that Tribal Organizations might have as customers.
Learn how you can tackle sustainability, security, interoperability, and the future of work, at the same time, without having to abandon legacy structures. All while leveraging a “Clean Cloud” for instant carbon neutrality at no additional cost.

Event Details
Presentation Summary: Many tribal governments are now learning what it’s like not only to receive grant funding from the Federal government but also to act as pass-through entities to provide funding to recipients in their own communities. As if managing funding on its own wasn’t complicated enough, managing pass-through funding as well as sub recipients comes with its own need for internal controls to ensure compliance and success for sub recipients. There are major advantages and disadvantages to pass-through grants, so what’s the best way for tribes to navigate and be successful? Join TribalWise and eCivis’ Certified Grants Management Specialist and Tribal Expert on April 29th at 1 pm ET to get five best practices tribes can start implementing now to manage their pass-through grants.
Specifically, attendees will learn:
• The ins and outs of pass-through funding
• What pass-through funding looks like in times of crises
• Five best practices tribes can use to manage sub recipients and pass-through funding
